Vasectomy Consultation

Are you considering a vasectomy consultation?

A consultation visit before a vasectomy procedure should be considered for any of the following reasons:

  • You have unanswered questions about vasectomy
  • You are taking prescription blood thinners
  • You have an undescended testicle (either surgically repaired or not repaired)
  • Have a bleeding disorder that makes you bleed easily
A consultation visit is not required when having a vasectomy with His Choice. Over 95% of patients choose to have their vasectomy procedure performed during a single office visit.

If you would like to to schedule a consultation visit before having your vasectomy then use the link below:

Are you experiencing a problem after vasectomy?

If you have concerns after your vasectomy and you were a His Choice patient, then we encourage you to contact our office by email or phone to discuss your concerns. If you feel your concerns are urgent then we encourage you to contact the clinician who performed your vasectomy procedure using the information you were provided a the time of your vasectomy procedure..

Scrotal bruising and discomfort are very common the first several weeks after having a vasectomy. Most discomfort can easily be treated with over the counter anti-inflammatory medications.

It is common to have little ‘aches and pains’ the first several months after having a vasectomy. It can be common to notice things are a ‘little different’ within the first three (3) months. Most issues are completely resolved by the time you have your three (3) month after vasectomy semen sample.

If you are having issues or concerns three (3) months or more after having a vasectomy procedure at a His Choice office then we encourage you to schedule a consultation appointment to address your concerns.

Before scheduling a vasectomy problem consultation, we encourage you to contact our office to discuss your concerns with our staff.

Most after vasectomy concerns can easily be addressed by phone or email. If you had your vasectomy with a His Choice provider please call to discuss your concerns.
